How to hand in your presentation proposal

Experts of all development areas in the field of automotive transmissions
and components are invited to hand in a paper proposal for the CTI Symposium 2011.

Your proposal should include the following information:
  • Presentation topic: title of the presentation, 4 subtitles, abstract max. 1 page
  • Relation to one of the main focuses
  • Complete contact details of authors and presenters (postal address, department, jobtitle, academic degree, phone, fax, e-mail)

 

Closing date: 19 November 2010

All presentation proposals will be forwarded to the program committee which will decide if the proposal is accepted by the end of January 2011. Everybody who hands in a proposal will be informed about the result afterwards.

 

Length of presentation

A presentation takes about 25 minutes plus approx. 5 minutes of discussion with the audience afterwards.


Presentation documents required for the symposium

The documents to be handed in include:

  • Job history
  • Presentation as continuous text with integrated pictures and images, max. 15 pages
  • Presentation slides, not more than one slide per minute

Since the Symposium is an international event, the presentation documents
are required in English. Details as well as style sheets for creating the
documents will be made available if your presentation proposal is accepted.

Conference fees for presenters

The entrance for the presenter (1 person) at the conference on 17 and 18 May 2011 is free, incl. catering and conference documentations.
